Orders can be placed logging in to the client account or as an anonymous client. The client selects out the products from the online shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The client fills out the necessary fields (first and last name, e-mail, telephone, company name and address), chooses the shipping and payment method and places the order.
The value added tax (VAT) is added according to the destination country.
Shipping to the European Union.
Prices contain standard VAT of the destination country for both private persons and companies without a VAT number. Companies with valid VAT numbers order with 0% VAT.
Shipping outside the European Union.
Prices contain 0% VAT. The VAT is deducted on the checkout page. Duties and taxes are added in destination country customs according to the specific country rules.
Ordering with 0% VAT to another European Union Country.
1. Add products to cart and Proceed to checkout.
2. Type in your shipping address information. Fill the "VAT number validity" field with your value added tax number and include the two-letter countrycode (e.g "SE999999999901" for Sweden).
3. The field will automatically check if the VAT is valid or not.
4. If the VAT number is valid, the Order Total changes and VAT is shown 0% €0,00.
5. Choose suitable shipping and payment method and place the order.
Upon receiving the order, the seller will send an email confirmation and invoice to the client. The client checks before paying for the invoice that all the data is in accordance with the clients actual wish. The client pays for the products in payment environments provided by the seller, by bank transfer according to the invoice or when coming to pick up the order from the shop in Tallinn in cash or by card. The client pays for the order in full extent as a prepayment for the products sale price and delivery charge.
The sales contract is in full force between the seller and the client after the seller receives the full purchase sum to the sellers banking account or to the payment environment used to pay.
The seller will complete and post the order after receiving the full purchase sum. Orders are posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Orders are not posted on Estonian National Holidays. Orders paid on the business day before 14.00 (GMT+2) are posted on the same day. In case the seller fails to complete the client's order with selected products, the seller contacts the client to agree on the replacement or compensation of the product.
Delivery of products takes place according to the chosen delivery option. Delivery prices and estimated delivery times are in the following table.

All products ordered from Starry online shop are eligible for a 30-day exchanging and returning right. To exchange or return a product a client must send a notice with their name and contacts, explanation of the defect or problem and desirable solution to firstname.lastname@example.org Verbal requests by phone +37258868733 or in Starry shop in Laki 4, Tallinn, Estonia.
The seller refunds the amount of the returned products together with the original postage fee within 14 days from the date of return of the products. In the case of a exchange, the seller will send the client a new product if the product being exchanged has been returned to the seller.
The shipping cost of returning and exchanging products remains with the client, unless a wrong or defective product has been sent to the client. The right to return and exchange does not apply to products which, after delivery, have been opened and at the time of returning are unusable due to hygiene reasons.
The seller does not take responsibility for damage or whatever other consequences from uncorrect data provided by the client when completing an order, including a delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the control of the seller.
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse and use different from what is described in the product usage instructions.
Disputes arising between the seller and the client are resolved by negotiation between the parties. The Seller uses the clients personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. The seller collects personal information when registering an account in the online shop and / or when the client places an order. The seller collects personal information that is inevitably needed for completing orders in the online shop and for contacting the client. Collected personal data is data that is requested from the client when registering an account and / or ordering (first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, contents of the cart and history of purchases, company information, destination of delivery).

If the client has requested to receive newsletters and / or personal offers, the client will always have the right to cancel them by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by clicking on the link at the end of the newsletter.
Personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The seller applies all precautionary measures to protect the client's personal data. Access to data processing is restricted to authorized persons. The seller does not forward the customer's personal information to third parties, except service providers, with whom the cooperation is needed to complete the purchase from the online shop and the delivery of the order to the client (payment solutions, courier companies, accounting services). The client can request the deletion of personal data collected about the client by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The client needs to state in the e-mail which data are to be deleted and within what period.
If the client has logged in with Facebook then the following applies: Click your Facebook profile and then on the Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites page find Starry lashes app. Open the app and request the removal and deletion of data.
